Reduce pain and stiffness due to postural weakness

Normal postural relationships allow joints, muscles and connective tissues like tendons and ligaments to work together smoothly and free of pain. Improper postures cause a cascade of physical problems if they persist over time. Overstretched muscles and other tissues become weak. Shortened muscles and tendons become tight and inflexible. Joints become misaligned and a cycle of pain and lack of mobility ensues. With a thorough evaluation, Linda can develop a program to restore normal postural alignment, strengthen and lengthen appropriate tissues, and use manual therapy techniques to facilitate stability and optimal mobility.

A targeted home exercise program will be developed to assist with maintaining optimal postural strength and awareness during daily activities.
